Join us as a Registered Nurse for a leading provider to support adults living with complex mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, and physical disabilities. Applicants will need Tracheostomy training and have been clinically assessed. As a Registered Nurse, you'll be empowered to really make a difference. The clients' high staffing levels give you the time to provide truly person-centred nursing care, with a supportive team around you. You'll provide the highest standards of nursing care for adults living with complex care and health needs. Their care focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include: assessing, planning, and implementing care for the people you support providing person-centred and evidence-based nursing care developing collaborative needs-based care plans through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation safe administration of medication promoting health and wellbeing being the Nurse in Charge of a small unit whilst on shift managing situations when people display behaviours which may challenge promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect Who you'll work for: Careat is a company that has a 37-year pedigree, and we offer many benefits recognising you as a professional. If you bring a friend with you with the relevant experience (RGN, RMN, or Care Worker), Careat will pay you a bonus (£50 for HCA, £200 for RGN), terms & conditions apply.
