We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our team, bringing creativity, expertise, and an eye for detail to our projects. This role is perfect for someone with agency experience and a portfolio that excites across both digital and print design. As our Senior Digital Designer, you will take charge of creative projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client expectations and brand standards. You’ll bring fresh ideas and strategic thinking to every project while shaping the creative direction of the agency. Video editing skills are a bonus and will help bring even greater versatility to your work. Key Responsibilities: Manage the design process for a variety of digital and print projects, from concept to final delivery. Create visually compelling assets, including branding, social media graphics, marketing collateral, website designs, and more. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and deliver on creative briefs. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring consistency and quality across all creative outputs. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the agency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards. Bonus: Use video editing skills to create engaging video content for social media and other channels. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience working in an agency environment. A standout portfolio showcasing exciting digital and print design work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma and InDesign. Proven experience in Website Design with a solid understanding of UX and UI. Strong understanding of design principles and brand identity. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Bonus: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
