Conveyancing Trainer

Conveyancing Trainer
will play a key part in our in-house Learning and Development team by working to design and implement training programmes, with the support of the wider team and a digital online learning platform.
The Role: The role is ideal for an experienced Conveyancer who wants to transition into a learning and development role. You will support the delivery of learning programs for the Conveyancing divisions and help develop digital learning content and eLearning. You'll deliver virtual training sessions via MS Teams, and occasionally in-person, and create bespoke learning initiatives based on team requirements.
What do we need from you? Requirements: Experience as a Conveyancer or a Technical Specialist in the field. Interest in learning and development; prior experience in this area is not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage training groups. Strong Customer Service skills and experience. A desire to support and develop others in their learning journey. Ability to travel within your region and beyond to deliver in-person sessions (full driving license required).
Ideal Experience (although not essential): If you already have experience in Conveyancing training, you'd have knowledge in training design, delivery, creating digital learning content, and evaluating learning programs.
Training experience is not essential, as we'll develop you into a well-rounded Trainer and Facilitator.
