Salary will be £80,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience. here . Based in our Wellingborough head office, you will have the flexibility to work from home up to three days per week.

What Your Day Will Look Like Leading and managing a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and timelines. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on development status and progress.

What We Are Looking For Substantial team leadership and organisational capabilities to develop a group of talented individuals into a cohesive team. Excellent technical competence including PowerBI, DAX Studio, and Java. A proven track record of managing software development projects from inception to completion. A deep understanding of software engineering principles, including coding, testing, and debugging. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to explain technical concepts and processes to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in the financial services industry.
