Together we are seeking a Deputy Ward Manager / Charge Nurse ( RMN ) for their brand new PICU ward for male adults based in West Sussex.
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse / Senior Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ), you will ensure adults within the service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
Requirements
A relevant nursing qualification - Registered Mental Health Nurse /Senior Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) A valid NMC registration with no restrictions Eligibility to live and work in the UK A minimum of 2 years of mental health / PICU, acute, forensic, low - high secure / NHS or private experience Strong team-working skills A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
