We have an opportunity for a Solutions Analyst to join our Information Technology Business Solutions Team.

About The Role

In this role you’ll be working in cross-functional teams to analyse business processes, systems, and data to support the delivery of digital, technology, and business solutions projects across our organisation.

Primarily, you’ll be assisting with workshops, building Proofs of Concepts, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to gather requirements to create product backlogs, preparing detailed ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business process and system maps, and carrying out gap analysis.

You will also be assisting in the design of test cases, creating test scripts, and analysing and reporting on test results as well as supporting in the resolution of business applications problems.

You’ll be self-motivated, pro-active, and organised, being able to plan your own work and knowing when to seek guidance to meet agreed targets and timescales. You’ll have experience of stakeholder engagement, gathering and analysing information and data, understanding, documenting and analysing business processes and defining acceptance criteria. With a broad IT background gained from 3+ years in a similar role.

You’ll have good communication skills, being able to work in different project frameworks, with an understanding of security and compliance standards, as well as being inquisitive, with in-depth experience with Microsoft 365 and other digital technologies and tools.
