HS2 This is a great opportunity for a Surveyor to take the next step in their career, by working with a well established contractor on HS2 in Northamptonshire. In this role, you will be responsible for: Tender pricing Risk assessments Contract drafting / negotiations Cost and Value reconciliations Bottom Up and End Life Cost Reporting Cash Management Building strong working relationships with clients and key colleagues Contract administration including data reporting and record keeping Qualifications: Quantity Surveying degree or similar Previous experience in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor position Working knowledge of NEC contracts including options A, B and C Experience within a civils contractor environment is essential Clear communication skills to liaise with a wide range of people and teams Driving licence is required for this role If you would be interested in hearing more, please apply with a copy of your CV and a member of the team will be in touch.
