Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, including materials, labor, and overheads, ensuring accurate and competitive bids. The role involves analysing construction drawings and specifications, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and working closely with project managers to ensure project profitability. Strong knowledge of construction processes, excellent numerical skills, and proficiency in estimation software are essential. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Analyse project drawings, specifications, and requirements. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing. Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and bids. Work with project teams to monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in the Oxfordshire area. Strong understanding of construction methods and materials. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
