You will be responsible for:
Carrying out and delivering quality auditing across products and services in line with standards and compliance criteria. Effective Account Management of Training Provider Portfolio. Implementing continuous improvement with providers in the delivery of products and/or services. Working in conjunction with the Provider Compliance team to standardise the provider network quality assurance and compliance process. Supporting with implementing and monitoring improvement plans to enhance quality assurance. Assisting with growth opportunities with existing and new providers. Supporting with initial approval of training providers. Travel within the UK (Mainly across Scotland and some international).
Essential Criteria: Relevant Industry Qualifications within Engineering (ONC/OND or equivalent) - Minimum Level 3 Engineering Vocational Qualifications. Strong Quality Assurance Skills with high standards. Experienced and very knowledgeable across work-based learning, training, and apprenticeship programmes within Engineering. Strong understanding of continuous improvement processes. Good understanding of Auditing processes, training, and assessment. Assertive, resilient, and a self-starter. Strong communication and organisational skills - able to work off own initiative. A1, IQA OR EQA award.
