Competitive, DOE Exciting Project Manager opportunity in Crawley! We are searching for a Project Manager for a leading civil engineering firm renowned for its expertise in civil works, reinforced concrete, and marine/heavy civils projects. The successful candidate will manage and deliver multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Plan and program projects using tools such as MS Project and Project Commander. Apply your expertise in reinforced concrete, piling, and marine/heavy civils to achieve project milestones. Ensure effective cost control and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle. Implement NEC and ICC contract standards. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 7 years’ experience managing civil engineering projects. Background in site engineering. Proven expertise in civil engineering works, particularly reinforced concrete and piling. Experience in marine/heavy civils is a strong advantage. Engineering qualification is preferred. Proficiency in planning and programming software, including MS Project and Project Commander. Strong commercial awareness, with experience in cost control and change management. Familiarity with NEC and ICC contracts. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams. What’s On Offer: Competitive salary package.
