What we need in a nutshell
We are looking for a Spa Therapist to act as a Team Leader, who can make our guests feel pampered and special and help the Spa Manager with the day-to-day spa operations.

Our facilities include our Room with a View restaurant and Howie’s bar. Given our location please consider your route to and from work.
Working with ELEMIS, Award-winning products, you will mainly be carrying out Massages and Facials.
In your capable hands, Spa treatments will be one of the highlights of guests’ holidays. Your role will include:
Carrying out a range of massage and beauty treatments with expertise, care, and friendliness
Assisting the Spa Manager and acting as a Team Leader to the wonderful team
Ensuring the Spa is clean, well presented, and welcoming
Selling and booking treatments and products and handling transactions
Enhancing the client journey by recommending and retailing products
Contributing to team meetings with ideas to improve our service and profitability
One more thing… holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or Equivalent, with experience in Massage, Facials, and Body treatments is essential.
Experience in Manicure, Pedicure, Waxing, Complementary Therapies, Lash, and Brow Treatments is advantageous.
Great customer service and calming communication skills
IT and sales skills
A willingness to work positively as part of a team
It’s advantageous if you have worked with ELEMIS but if you haven’t, we provide training.
