Key responsibilities: Leads.io is on the search for a CRO Specialist to complement our dynamic work environment. As our CRO Specialist you will be expected to achieve conversion rate targets for our Marketplace websites, focusing on the French market. Improve lead quality without affecting conversion rates. Use tools like HotJar, Matomo, and Clarity to analyze user behavior. Other responsibilities are: Gain user insights through surveys, usability testing, and other methods. Increase the conversion of our main page elements: headlines, USPs, CTA blocks, and forms. Translate insights into hypotheses and conduct A/B tests using VWO. Document user insights and test results. Share your findings with the CRO & SEO team. Ensure that CRO best practices are implemented across our websites. Manage stakeholders from various teams, including Development, SEO, Management, Marketing Operations, among others. Your qualifications You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience as a CRO specialist. You enjoy being a team player and supporting others. You're analytical and can come up with creative solutions. You have experience with Analytics software like Google Analytics, Matomo or Mixpanel. You're experienced with one of the following tools: VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize. You're organised, structured, and have experience with project management. What’s in it for you?
