The Rapid Response team is looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nursing Associate to join the team. Applicants should have previous experience at Band 4 within a hospital or community setting and demonstrate transferable clinical skills as detailed in the job description and personal specification; however, training would be available where required. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that applicants are able to travel effectively and independently on a daily basis to and from the base, clients’ homes, and other venues around the geographical area while transporting equipment. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act. The Nursing Associate has a breadth of knowledge across the lifespan of patients and across the fields of nursing, providing holistic and person-centred care and support for people of all ages and in a variety of settings. The Nursing Associate works independently under the leadership of registered nurses who work within the sphere of nursing and care. Nursing Associates are equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills, attitudes, and behaviours relevant to employment as a Nursing Associate and will work to a nationally recognised code of conduct.
