About the Role:
As the Children's Home Registered Manager at our Leicester location, you will: Oversee the daily operations of this new home, ensuring compliance with The Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. Lead, support, and mentor a dedicated team of Residential and Senior Support Workers using a therapeutic approach. Develop individualized care plans to help each child grow, thrive, and build independence skills. Manage the Ofsted registration process, budgets, and resources, while maintaining a nurturing, safe environment. Collaborate closely with families, guardians, and external professionals to meet the needs of every child in your care. Benefits:
