We are actively seeking an experienced
Estates Officer
to work for an organisation based in Gloucestershire. The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contract.

Estates Officer (Electrical Bias) Location:
Gloucestershire Pay rate:
£21 to £28 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis
Key Responsibilities:
All aspects of electrical maintenance on hospital sites Energy procurement and generation Planned maintenance, statutory works and HTM compliance Inspect engineering systems and equipment Produce correct certification and documentation Supervise electrical team and act as Authorised Person for electrical disciplines Work with estates department, direct labour and contracted labour
