Work closely with production teams to ensure all tools and machinery are in optimal condition, and facilitate inspections by external HSE agencies. Leadership and Autonomy:

Take charge of the management and development of HSE policies and procedures, ensuring their effective communication throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities

Provide timely advice on all internal Health, Safety & Environmental matters in line with company policy and procedures. Communicate, assess, and action all work-related injuries and accidents. Perform internal Health & Safety Inspections and conduct HS&E training as required. Maintain HSE certifications as mandated by the municipality and prepare the business for inspections. Report key HSE issues and metrics in support of the KPI process. Identify and implement root cause corrective actions for key HSE violations and workplace incidents. Skills and Experience Required

A degree in Engineering or a Science discipline, coupled with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years experience in an HSE management role within a

manufacturing or production environment IDEALLY COMPOSITES . Proven ability to manage and develop comprehensive Health & Safety policies and procedures. Strong communication skills to effectively disseminate HSE information throughout the organisation. This role is ideal for a seasoned HSE professional looking to make a tangible difference in a forward-thinking company.
