Supply Officer

to join our dynamic team at

Oxfam Supply Centre in Bicester

and play a critical role in supporting Oxfam and other customers. In This Role, You Will Provide timely and accurate responses to requests for quotations and requisitions. Manage the entire export process, ensuring every step is efficient and seamless. Source international transportation and logistics solutions tailored to customer needs. Guarantee all export documentation complies with UK and destination country regulations. Be part of a team making a difference by supporting organizations like Oxfam in delivering aid and supplies worldwide. What We Are Looking For We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do. An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have: Customer focused mindset Good interpersonal skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and build relationships at all levels, taking into account cultural and language difficulties. Strong administrative experience and organisational skills, with good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Web based collaboration tools) Strong performance in managing priorities and dealing with tight deadlines and pressure from multiple customers.
