KYN HURLINGHAM is our second home due to open in the first part of 2024. It's a 32-bedroom home offering each resident an elegant and comfortable bedroom, communal areas for dining and reclining. We have a further two care homes in development in London.

About The Opportunity As Life Enrichment & Wellbeing Coordinator here at KYN you will be an essential part of the operations team, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere consistently delivering an exceptional experience for our residents and their families.
You will assist the Life Enrichment & Wellbeing Lead with a wide range of activities from planning and researching our residents' interests, hobbies, and past times, and also delivering our calendar of activities to ensure that every day is stimulating, exciting and enjoyable for our residents.
About You You will have experience in a similar role You will be a professional, who has a proven track record of delivering and maintaining standards at the highest level You will have strong communication skills, a cooperative and polite manner, and an eye for detail You will have the ability to work under pressure, be flexible and consistent You will be trustworthy, caring, adaptable, friendly and patient, continually striving for excellence You will be a compassionate, empathetic, kind, and caring individual
