What’s the job?
We are after a Site Manager to oversee a development in Ashton in Makerfield consisting of a 3 storey masonry build apartment block.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on projects of a similar size and type, the ability to manage people to hit tight production targets whilst not compromising quality of work or health and safety and be knowledgeable in all technical elements of the build and relevant construction industry standards.
They would also have training and certification in:
Level 6 NVQ or above in Construction site management
SMSTS
First Aid
Temporary Works Coordination
Basic Scaffold Inspection
Key Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all elements of health and safety responsibilities, quality and company process compliance
Communicating project information with all parties associated with the development
Identifying potential project challenges and best solutions
Providing leadership to instil cultures that align with company values
Accurately planning works in line with build sequence to achieve project deadlines in line with budgets set
There will be a two stage interview process for the role consisting of an informal telephone interview and a face to face interview with Directors with an estimated start date of 27th January 2025. References will be required.
