We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client's team based in the South-East region of UK. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installations, maintenance, and repair services for their AM technology. You will be the primary point of contact for their customers, ensuring their systems are operating optimally. Our client is a leading provider of 3D printing technology offering a variety of solutions from machines, materials and other services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct installations and commissioning of the machines. Perform preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Provide technical training and support to customers. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. 3+ years of field service experience, preferably in the 3D printing industry. Strong understanding of electronics, mechanics, and computer hardware. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for work. Valid UK license.
