Automation Engineer - The Role:
Take responsibility for the design & coordination of complex control systems projects for a wide variety of industries. Complete project lifecycle. Manage & control all commercial & technical requirements including: deriving requirements, completing proposals, controlling budget management, completing hardware & software design, right through to overseeing & supporting commissioning.
Automation Engineer - The Person: Previous experience of industrial PLC control systems. PLC experience required in Siemens S7/TIA /Rockwell ControlLogix. Essential you have good hardware & software ability with the PLC's. Ideally you will be qualified to degree level in electrical/electronic engineering. Must be flexible to spend time on-site for commissioning/project kick-off. Strong communication skills & excellent team playing abilities.
The position is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Newport, Shrewsbury and areas of Shropshire.
Position would suit a Control Engineer, Automation Engineer, Electrical Project Engineer with experience of Siemens and/or Rockwell PLC Software. Experience of Drives would be highly beneficial.
