We are looking to recruit a new

Dad Matters Project Lead , who will adopt an ownership mentality to shape and deliver the Dad Matters Project across Surrey. Employer:

Home-Start Surrey. The post holder will be working across Surrey. Hours of work:

37 hrs per week to include some evenings and weekend hours. Salary:

Remote with county-wide travel. About the Dad Matters Project:

Dad Matters Surrey (a Home-Start Surrey Project) exists to support dads to have the best possible relationship with their families. We do this by providing 1:1 and group peer support, helping Dads make sense of parenthood, and providing or signposting Dads to mental health support and access to relevant services. Working closely with other professionals, we are able to better support dads in the first 1001 days of their parenting journey. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting a team of volunteers (and eventually staff) to expand the project. Playing a key role in awareness, fundraising, and support provision. Articulating a strategic plan, identifying the steps necessary to make that plan a reality, and taking action. Managing multiple responsibilities around service setup, delivery, and forward planning. Working collaboratively with others, being open to learning and asking questions. Qualifications and Skills: Passionate about Men's Mental Health. Experience in Project Launch, Governance, Project Strategy and Management, Men's Mental Health, Safeguarding, and Individual or Group Service Delivery.
