The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships within the US Chemicals and Polymers industry. You will leverage your expertise to source high-calibre candidates, manage the recruitment process end-to-end, and contribute to the continued success of our business in this competitive market.

What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with exposure to the US market - however those without who are looking for an exciting new challenge will be considered equally. Previous experience working in STEM recruitment would be preferred but not essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets. A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to recruitment.
