Some duties and responsibilities include: Liaise daily with all departments and deal appropriately with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues which compromise Health & Safety or security. Lead and guide your team to work independently and on their own initiative. Lead and organise contractors to ensure business continuity. Using your experience, lead and manage projects.
