£6,000 Car Allowance & comprehensive benefits The role of the Area Sales Manager - Structural Waterproofing and Flat Roofing will involve: Remote field sales position, working for a leading structural waterproofing, gas remediation and flat roofing subcontractor Promoting our clients' design and installation services alongside the supply of waterproofing/roofing manufacturing vendor products 70% new business development role, predominantly utilising your own industry contacts 30% account development of an established customer base Targeted to achieve £1.5m Project sizes typically £50,000-£250,000 Targeting groundworks, housebuilders, civil contractors, infrastructure contractors and main contractors Typically selling into quantity surveyors, architects, structural engineers and project managers The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Structural Waterproofing and Flat Roofing with: Field sales experience from either the waterproofing or roofing industry Ideally worked for a manufacturer, may consider ready mix concrete or related services Must have a network of contacts within groundworks, housebuilders, civil contractors, infrastructure contractors or main contractors Demonstrable track record in construction sales Track record of stability within your career and looking for stability and longevity Comfortable in a small company environment Organised, hungry, hardworking and not a 9-5 field sales representative Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs, Construction field sales vacancies and Specification field sales positions.
