We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager. This part-time role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks and accounts are completed efficiently. Manage all accounting functions up to trial balance, including payroll Work with the business owner to assist with budgeting and forecasting Maintain accurate records of jobs and ensure accurate job costing Oversee the maintenance and organisation of the office and its facilities Manage office supply ordering and inventory control Fleet management for all company vehicles Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required About You: Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar accounts role Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using office software, including the Microsoft Office suite Proficient in accounts up to trial balance A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently Knowledge of office management best practices and procedures The Benefits:
