Early Years Teaching Assistant - Openshaw, Manchester.

Educate GM is seeking a passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in our partner school in Openshaw, Manchester. This role is a rewarding opportunity for someone with a nurturing and enthusiastic nature, who loves to make a difference.

Role Overview

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant or Nursery Practitioner, you will: Create a nurturing and enthusiastic learning environment for children to learn through play. Work alongside the teacher to plan relevant activities for the children to develop their learning. Monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/carers.

Requirements

Previous experience working in schools or nurseries. A Level 1-3 Teaching Assistant qualification. A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their school life. Excellent communication skills.

Contract Details

Start Date: January 2025. Duration: Full academic year (full-time). Salary: £85-£105 per day, (dependent on experience). Hours: 8:30am-3:45pm.

Eligibility

The Right to Work in the UK. A valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS). Provide two professional references from previous employers/tutors.
