Behaviour Management Support Worker , you will: Provide Essential Support:

Work closely with students to manage and improve challenging behaviours. Create a Safe Space:

Work alongside teachers and school staff to develop and implement behaviour strategies. Inspire Growth:

Help students build self-confidence and achieve their full potential. Minimum Requirements: Experience working with children with SEMH needs or challenging behaviours. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, resilience, and a calm approach to managing behaviours. A commitment to supporting and encouraging student progress.
