Band 3 Inpatient Activities Clinical Support Worker
to join the Multi-disciplinary team on the ward. The role involves working full time (37.5 hours) with essential evening and weekend shifts. Main duties of the job
The Band 3 Inpatient Activities Clinical Support Worker role includes the facilitation of recreational, social, and educational groups, as well as individual activities for the service users on the ward. This includes planning, promoting, delivering, and evaluating activities in accordance with service users' needs. Working for our organisation

Qualifications
A recognised qualification in an area related to the workplace or equivalent technical/life skills Evidence of a commitment to lifelong learning Health care or relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent skills Knowledge
Experience of working with people with mental health needs in a paid or voluntary capacity Experience of working with people with mental health difficulties Experience running groups/activities Experience working as part of a team Experience of being supervised Sussex Partnership NHS FT is committed to supporting a diverse workforce that reflects our communities.
