Hygiene Manager Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday to Friday Northampton
Job Description
Carrying out hygiene operations including managing the cleaning team, clean down management, and following cleaning construction cards. Occasional requirement to take swab samples to check cleanliness. Ensuring product food safety, product integrity, and product quality is maintained, and new legislation and codes of practice are implemented. Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and accurate completion of relevant documents; any deviation must be reported to the Technical Department. Standards include HACCP, CCP/LCP. The general adherence to working procedures by all staff, and the communication of work instructions to all staff. Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk. Liaising with supervisors and team leaders to monitor any quality issues to prevent standards from being compromised. Creating resolutions to any issues that may occur in the factory and implementing these solutions.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Previous experience working within the food manufacturing industry. Experience supervising or leading a team within the hygiene department.
