Specialist Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Occupational Therapy (OT) team within the Mid Argyll Community Care Team at the Mid Argyll Community Hospital and Integrated Care Centre. The role involves providing direct OT clinical care, which encompasses occupational therapy assessment, treatment, and management of patients referred to the Mid Argyll Integrated OT Team, operating across both health and social work boundaries. Additionally, the position includes OT leadership and supervision of occupational therapy staff to ensure the provision of quality Occupational Therapy Services within the Mid Argyll locality, including isolated remote and rural areas. Experience in service development is desirable but not essential, as this is a significant part of the continued development of the Occupational Therapy Service in Mid Argyll.
