Provide support to lawyers in the team, in multiple locations Document review and preparation such as NDAs, certificates, termination letters, amendments to contracts, standard terms & conditions Triage enquiries and manage International mailboxes Draft contract summary information Conduct legal research Template management Administrative support
Knowledge & Experience:
Strong attention to detail & highly organised Pro-active and takes initiative Able to work without significant supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to support in-house lawyers in multiple office locations Ability to support multiple matters, prioritizing business needs Ability to maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills 5+ years of paralegal experience in an in-house legal department or large law firm Relevant qualification preferred
