We are looking to appoint an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to provide regular one-to-one support sessions for students with mental health difficulties and other vulnerabilities.

You will manage a student case load and promote the development of independent learning and self-management strategies. Where students require additional support, you will ensure that they are referred quickly and effectively to the correct services.

You will have experience and knowledge of working with individuals who have common mental health difficulties or who have been through crisis. You will also have a commitment to a holistic approach to mental health support.

This is an exciting opportunity offering the successful individual a chance to work across the University and also with external agencies.

Successful candidates will need a flexible attitude and will be calm and analytical, have excellent communication skills and a strong track record of providing one-to-one support.

Interviews will be held on the 10 February 2025.
