Salary –
£37,050 to £46,800 per annum (full time equivalent) + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave Location –
Fareham area The surgery Located in a deprived area with an appreciative demographic Multi-disciplined team, including ANPs, Practice Nurses and more Offering a project opportunity where you can really make a difference Highly organised admin team with over 100 years of experience between them! CQC Good QOF score very good! Highly supportive of specialist interests Your role – Part-time role – work anywhere from 16 to 30 hours per week Full time is possible, but not preferred Mixture of long-term condition management and traditional practice nurse duties 5-30 minute appointment times Entirely face to face appointments Deliver exceptional levels of care to all patients Chance to pursue specialist interests MUST have experience treating Asthma and COPD MUST have experience within Primary Care The benefits – Up to £46,800 per annum – full time equivalent 5 weeks’ annual leave Make a real difference to a local community Get stuck into the challenge of being a Partner in 2024!
