Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. It drives us. And it motivates our Development and Implementation team to maintain our position as an influential, informed and forceful voice at every level. Join us as an Implementation Support Officer, and lead progress that means more. The innovative services we develop are a critical part of the NSPCC's fight for every childhood. We transform lives by working directly with some of the most vulnerable children and families. We also share knowledge and evidence from our services and support others to replicate them. Through a rigorous cycle of developing, delivering and testing, we learn what works. We share this knowledge with policy-makers and professionals and we seek to scale up services through where they are proven to work. By doing this, many more children in the UK and Channel Islands can be helped and kept safe. Our Development and Implementation teams work across the life cycle of our services, from the earliest stages of an idea, right through to working with external partners to replicate and implement services once we know they deliver positive impacts for children and families. We have 2 vacancies for Implementation Support Officers, to support other agencies to successfully replicate and implement services through our programme of scale up. While the core content of both roles is similar, one role will focus on our Child Sexual Abuse work, the other on our work to prevent Abuse and Neglect in the early years, and the Prevention of Domestic Abuse. In the supporting statement for your application, please state whether you would like to be considered for the role supporting on our Child Sexual Abuse work OR our Prevention of Abuse & Neglect in the early years and Prevention of Domestic Abuse work. Our Implementation Support Officers have a varied role, working across the portfolio of services: Provide virtual and face-to-face support to external partners to successfully implement a range of NSPCC services; at times, this may involve some training delivery. Work closely with the Implementation Relationship Managers to agree and implement strategies and processes to successfully market the portfolio of services and raise the profile of our implementation work. Collaborate with the Implementation Relationship Managers and the Project Development Managers to support the re-development of our existing portfolio as needed to ensure our services remain relevant and reflective of current evidence & best practice, and the development of new services. Support the team to meet our targets – these are focused on the reach of professionals and income generation. Are you experienced in building excellent relationships with your clients or customers? Do you have a proven ability to build the trust and confidence needed to support professionals to embed our services successfully? Do you have an understanding of either Child Sexual Abuse, or abuse and neglect in the early years and the impact of these forms of abuse? We're looking for people who will thrive in a role where they are regularly faced with new challenges, and who have: Evidence of excellent interpersonal, influencing and networking skills, and an ability to establish credibility and build positive relationships with a range of professionals and stakeholders. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including an understanding of web-based technologies and developing a variety of customer-facing content. Experience or an understanding of quality assurance, particularly around customer experience, business development, and relationship management. A customer-focused approach to account management, services, and activities. Highly organized, able to plan, monitor, and implement projects/initiatives to agreed deadlines often with competing priorities. Do you have a personal commitment to the NSPCC's values? Are you someone who is solution-focused and positive in your outlook? Join us and you'll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You'll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that'll bring the best out in you. And you'll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives. For more information on this role please contact
