We are seeking dynamic individuals who are passionate about patient care to join our Acute Trauma and Orthopaedic Ward. On Holly Ward, we provide pre and post operative care for patients requiring orthopaedic surgery. Patients are often frail/elderly and require assistance with all aspects of personal care and rehabilitation. Main duties of the job

As a Healthcare Support Worker at Scarborough Hospital, you will be part of a multi-professional team providing high standards of care to our patients. You will maintain and promote patient independence and dignity to ensure each patient receives a positive experience. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be expected to work a combination of shifts including nights, weekends and Bank Holidays: Early - 07:15-15:15 Late - 12:15 - 20:15 Long Day - 07:15 - 20:15 Night - 20:00 - 07:30 Please be aware that you must be able to attend a full time induction programme for the first 4 weeks in your new role, this must be within 3 months of your interview date.
