Nursery Practitioner Nurse Seekers is proud to be recruiting a Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner on behalf of an Ofsted rated OUTSTANDING Montessori Nursery based near West Horsley, Surrey. The successful candidate must be a dedicated practitioner who is motivated and passionate about providing a loving, educational and stimulating environment to help children develop and become independent. This fantastic private setting consists of a warm welcoming family environment with some staff members that have been there for 20 years and a Manager who has also been there for over twenty years and makes sure all staff are appreciated and skills are utilised. Key Responsibilities

To provide a safe and stimulating environment and ensure the child's individual needs are met and developed. To take formulative observations that provide authentic and accurate insight into the child's learning and development. To work in partnership with parents to ensure the child's needs are being developed and nurtured. Contribute and validate that nutritional needs and the Food, Health, and Safety Regulations are incorporated into the nursery's daily routine. Comply with the health and safety regulations for both the children and practitioners and ensure a safe environment. Qualifications and Experience Required for This Role:

Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent At least 1 year of experience with young children A Montessori qualification would be an advantage but not compulsory. Benefits
