Our Care Assistants support adults with learning disabilities and mental ill health conditions in a care home environment. Duties include: Supporting service users with personal care Encouraging independence Improving quality of life Supporting with activities Qualifications and Skills

Have a genuine desire to care for others Be reliable, compassionate, honest, and kind Be available to work weekends Driving license is an advantage but not required NVQ level 2 desirable although full training will be provided, some experience within the care sector is an advantage Clear DBS Have fun and a laugh! We are looking for Care Assistants to work on a shift pattern. Since vulnerable people need care all the time, we do ask that you work on a rota basis which includes weekends and bank holidays so that we can make sure our clients always have the support they need.
