As a Spa Therapist, your responsibility is the provision of Spa Services to ensure the Spa Department operates efficiently to maximum profitability and guest care. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: To ensure a warm, friendly and professional welcome is delivered to all customers at all times. To meet and greet all customers using the Spa treatment facilities, with a specific focus on entry and departure. To give the best possible service at all times, with the interest of the customer being paramount. To interact with clients when appropriate throughout the course of their visit, to support our repeat business strategy. To show a professional attitude at all times, particularly with regards to punctuality, appearance, and general attitude to the role. Responsible for cash handling, bookings, and general telephone enquiries when necessary. To ensure that membership cards are requested and presented at all times in order to effectively manage the Spa Membership Packages and discount scheme. To efficiently manage bookings when required to ensure that utilization of therapists is maximized to support additional sales growth. To communicate efficiently and accurately with the Hotel reception on bookings and billings. To ensure that following internal training, financial procedures and cashing up is completed accurately when requested. Responsible for communicating key information and messages promptly to the Spa Treatment Manager. To deal with client requests/complaints professionally, using the support of the Spa Manager when necessary and communicating any compliments, queries, or complaints when appropriate. To promote secondary sales in all areas of the Spa and Hotel. To ensure that home care is recommended to clients after each treatment, upselling whenever possible our Spa Product House Retail stock to increase secondary sales. To ensure that all sales figures are reported accurately. Responsible for achieving sales targets set down by the Spa Manager. To ensure that all areas of responsibility are delivered in accordance with Health & Safety policy. Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the treatment rooms to maintain our high levels of service and standards. Responsible for reporting treatment room professional stock levels and retail stock to the Spa Manager if running low. To maintain the high standards of presentation within the Spa treatment and relaxation areas at all times. To attend all training courses as deemed necessary by the Spa Manager. To ensure that all treatments are delivered to the required standards which are covered during both internal and external training. To supervise the conduct and safety of users and equipment, reporting any areas of concern to the Spa Manager immediately. To ensure all online training records and qualifications are up to date. Requirements

To be qualified in Spa/ Beauty Therapy to a minimum of a level 2. Previous experience in this or a similar role is desired. You must have a good work ethic and be able to work in line with the Company’s standards. To represent the Company and the Hotel in a loyal, professional and knowledgeable manner at all times. To demonstrate knowledge of the Company’s Health & Safety Procedure and Fire Procedure. You must be able to conform to all of the Rules and Regulations outlined in the Staff Handbook and Staff Contract, in addition to those established by the Spa Manager. Working hours

24 hours over 3 days (8.5 hours per day). Ideally looking for weekend availability and Monday/Tuesday. Salary

£12 per hour (weekdays)/ £14 per hour (weekends) plus an extensive range of company perks and benefits.
