To supervise, co-ordinate and participate in the provision of the Radiology CT service. To participate in the CT service shift rota as required. To be responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality images in an efficient, professional and caring manner. To support the Radiology CT Lead in the delivery of the service. To have and maintain an in depth knowledge of current radiographic techniques and equipment. To carry out intravenous cannulations and injections as required by the department after the appropriate training. To communicate effectively with patients and all grades of staff to give technical and professional advice as required. To make an ongoing contribution to the education of others and demonstrate a teaching and advisory role to qualified colleagues.
