They specialise in Building Surveying, Project Management, Landlord/Tenant issues, and Cost Management and are one of the premier providers of façade and cladding assessment and remediation throughout the UK, across multiple sectors, including high-risk buildings in residential, mixed-use, university, and college sectors, including student accommodation.
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor, ideally up to a senior level, to join their building and project consultancy team, to operate out of their Manchester office.
The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in a Professional Quantity Surveying (PQS) environment and a proven track record across the full spectrum of quantity surveying disciplines. You should be adept at undertaking Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration duties, with strong IT, communication, and numeracy skills.
The Package
