The Healthcare Assistant will work at all times under the delegation of a registered practitioner or assistant practitioner in the delivery of person-centred care. They will be responsible for following care plans, recording all personal observations, and documenting personal care given in individuals' notes. Assist the registered practitioner/assistant practitioner in the assessment, ongoing assessment, planning, management, and evaluation of care. Promotion of independence and wellbeing is essential, assisting patients/clients to achieve physical and emotional wellbeing and comfort while encouraging independence where appropriate.

They will be working with a large team delivering high-quality care to accommodate the potential increase of admissions of children and young people due to the RSV virus.
