Here at Lucion, we are currently recruiting for an Asbestos Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team. This is a field-based role where your nearest local office is likely to be our Sheffield facility. We are looking to offer the successful candidate a basic salary of between £26,000 - £38,000 depending on experience. More About the Role: Carrying out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and inspection, including management, refurbishment and demolition surveys as well as soil investigation. Supporting the Infrastructure team with surveying for all relevant highway clients. Accurate collection of factual and numerical site data to automatically generate quality reports through our award-winning software, NexGen. Familiarity and compliance with all asbestos relevant legislation and guidance e.g., HSE and construction. Experience of working within a UKAS accredited organisation and familiarity with documents such as Lab 30 and RG8. Involvement in projects from start to finish, including preparing quotes, RAMS, site works, data analysis, interpretative reports and follow-up meetings with clients for further guidance. More About You: BOHS P402, equivalent RSPH qualification or Certificate of Competence. Working knowledge of HSG:264 The Survey Guide. Full UK Driving Licence (manual). Flexible approach to travelling and working night shifts. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work effectively and intuitively alone or as part of a small team. What we offer: Basic salary:
