M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: South West
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car/Allowance and Benefits package
Exclusive opportunity for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for a very lucrative location and successful client working from Clevedon.
We seek a candidate with 10 years + experience as a M&E Quantity Surveyor and ideally a relevant educational background.
This is a new position; this individual will be joining an already existing elite commercial team who will play a pivotal role within a leading M&E company working on exciting projects up to £20m.
You will be responsible for:
Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages Producing monthly commercial reports Monthly financial reviews Supporting Preconstruction Cash flow forecasting Dispute resolution Validation of Contracts Procurement Agreeing and resolving final accounts Managing and implementing the insurances for the work packages Cost value reconciliations and the variations procedures Risk and opportunity management procedures Attending meetings
