Clinical Lead - Registered Nurse
Location: Galashiels, Scotland
Employment: Full Time, Permanent - 37.5hrs per week
Salary: £37,757 - £39,107 per year

The Clinical Lead responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of Support Workers in conjunction with the Registered Manager. Assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs of care. Supporting management and engaging in reviews, audits, and evaluation. Supporting care governance, quality management, and contributing to continuous improvement.
The Clinical Lead nurse must have: NMC registration. Experience working in a Care Home or Community setting. Experience working in learning disability is desirable.
