Job Summary: Practitioner We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. You will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. Duties:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences Provide personal care to children, including feeding, changing diapers, and assisting with toileting Observe and monitor children's development, behaviour, and health Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care Follow all nursery policies and procedures Requirements:

Minimum of a Level 2/3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Skills:

Patience and empathy when working with young children Ability to create a positive and nurturing environment for children Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual children and the nursery as a whole Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to childcare If you are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you.
