Are you a skilled registered nurse with excellent interpersonal skills and sound clinical assessment skills? Are you passionate about supporting nurses to provide excellent, holistic care? We are looking for clinical skills facilitators to work with and support the practice educator in these exciting new roles, to develop, maintain and support learning, development and growth within our neighbourhood nursing teams using evidence-based practice. You will work in close collaboration with all members of the neighbourhood nursing teams, to provide comprehensive, evidence-based practice, assessing the quality of a range of practice learning environments, determine interventions to sustain and enhance practice education; ensuring all localities have an up to action plan in place. You will support and facilitate the development of clinical supervisors, assessors and preceptors, providing supervision and support structures in order to build education in practice capability, consistency and efficiency.
