Main duties of the job
As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP in Anaesthetic's, you will be part of our close-knit multidisciplinary teamwork with leading consultants and like-minded professionals who respect and value what you bring to the team.
You will have a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities. You will supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff to create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based. Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key helping you feel good.
Individual practitioners will be required to participate in a full rostered 24/7 rota, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to support service provision.
