What we need from you:

You must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK A Full UK Driving License (travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile) A good standard of English and effective communication skills An Enhanced DBS (we'll help you apply during registration, with a £49.50 fee refunded after a set period of work*)

As a Community Worker, your key duties will include:

Providing companionship and personal care Assisting with medication, nutritional needs, and other daily tasks Supporting clients to live independently and promoting their well-being Following and adhering to individual care plans for each client
