What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive CMHT assessments and manage a caseload for short-term interventions such as medication monitoring.
Develop tailored therapeutic programs that inspire and support mental health recovery processes.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and effective care for each service user.
Engage in regular communication with patients and families to provide the best support for improved mental well-being.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist
Recent NHS experience
Registered with the HCPC
